He goes by the name Abraham Roberts and yesterday he posted this "before and after" picture online, with the caption:
"What better day to rise, shine and give God the glory!  Three years ago today I took drastic steps to improve my health. 250 lbs lost. No more blood pressure meds, back pain, or breathing machines. Still not perfect but yet making progress. The journey continues."
