Man arrested for stabbing girlfriend over Facebook photos

A man became enraged after his girlfriend posted facebook photos he didn’t like, according to court proceedings. The man is accused of stabbing his girlfriend in the neck due to the photographs she posted on facebook that he said ruined his life, according to a report from the Broward Sheriff's Office in Florida. Kevin Bell, 35, of Fort Lauderdale, was charged with attempted murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Broward County Judge, John "Jay" Hurley, ordered him held without bail in the Broward County Jail on Friday, but Bell did not appear in court for medical reasons. According to the arrest report read by Hurley in court, Bell attacked his girlfriend, Kedisha Sampson, 25, with a black folding knife in the laundry room of his apartment building in the 2700 block of Somerset Drive. He stabbed her several times, causing lacerations all over her body and puncture wounds in the neck, Hurley read. "With the intent to kill," said the report, Bell said, “You ruined my life." Sampson needed a lot of stitching and was listed in stable condition at the Broward Health Medical Center, Hurley read.
