Police Arrested a 34-year-old Man For Masturbating On The Road (PHOTOS)
The American state of Philadelphia police arrested a 34-year-old man after he crashed his car into a restaurant building and then took off his clothes and mastúrbated.
Vincent J. Wade, a Jersey man was drunk when he rammed into the Crown Fried Chicken building in Philadelphia on Monday morning.
He was caught on camera crashing his car and strípping off in front of stunned onlookers.
He also appeared to be pléasuring himself.
