PHCN-- Pensioners Protest Non-payment of Allowances
Pensioners from Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN),
embarked on protest of the non-payment of their allowances and arrears of
salaries owed them by Lagos state government. According them, the government owes
them for four months, leading the pensioners to flock around office of Lagos
state governor on the morning of Monday 15 September.
