A new video that has just surfaced online, shows Kim exiting her Paris hotel on the Ist of October, to board a flight back to Los Angeles after Paris Fashion Week. Kim is 

seen leaving the hotel alone with a bodyguard in tow, she gets to her waiting van, takes off her jacket so the paps can get a good view of her pink hole-y Chanel crop top & leggings and that’s when she realizes “the most important thing in the world to her” isn’t with her
