Just In-- Unknown Gunmen Attack Primary / Secondary School In Niger State

 

                      Limawa primary and secondary schools, Minna, Niger state came under attack on Monday by yet to be identified persons. The attack occurred at about 10:30 am Daily Trust learnt. 

                     There are conflicting information on the attack as some sources said the attackers shot sporadically in the air before using their machetes to inflict injuries on the students. The number of casualties is yet to be ascertained. 

                     The Niger state Police command spokesperson DSP Ibrahim Gambari confirmed the incident. He said normalcy had been returned to the area but did not give further details.
