Help The Poor, Obasanjo Tells Wealthy Nigerians

A former president, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo has appealed to wealthy Nigerians to please look the way of less-privileged Nigerians this season and beyond. Obasanjo made this statement at a carol service he organised in Abeokuta while preparing to usher in Christmas, pleading that it will go a long way if they do.

“I want to appeal to the rich in the society to always remember the less-privileged in the society. There are many children without hope out there. We should come to their aid. There are boys and girls in our communities with such problem,” he said.
