Caught In The Act Featuring a Police Offer's Wife

 

The wife of asenior police officer is currently being held at Meiran Police Division in Alimosho Local Government in connection to an armed robbery operation.
The suspect was arrested for allegedly buying stolen goods from armed robbers and is now being investigated forconspiracy and robbery along five other suspects in Lagos.
The said woman, whom police refused to name, was arrested by the residents of Ajasa-Command Estate, Ipaja at the weekend and handed over to the police.

According to the confession of a suspected armed robbery gang leader, Gbenga Akinola, the police officer's wife encouraged them to go for the operations so she could buy the stolen goods  from them at giveaway price.
Gbenga Akinola’s confession also led to the arrest of fourother suspects and weapons were recovered from them.
The husband of the suspect reportedly serves at Oduduwa Police Division in Ikeja, Lagos.
