Akinwunmi Ambode Wins 2015 Lagos Governorship Elections (See Results)

 

                         With over 90% of votes collated across Lagos state it can be concluded that Akinwunmi Ambode of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has won majority of votes cast during Saturday’s gubernatorial election in Lagos state.

Mr. Ambode defeated Jimi Agbaje of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) to become Governor-elect. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) will annunce final official results later today.
