Despite being caught with PVCs,INEC Awards Dr. Ujam Certificate (Photos)

                       Federal house of reps aspirant, Dr. Chukwuemeka Ujam who was paraded after being allegedly caught with 4000 PVCs at Ozalla, Nkanu East LGA Enugu State, has been awarded his 'winners'' certificate by INEC INEC  has awarded Ujam, contested for the post of member of the Federal House of Representatives, Nkanu East/West, Enugu in the just concluded 2015 elections.He was paraded by soldiers on elections day.
