TRAGEDY: Man, In-Law Burn To Death In Lagos
A man and his sister-in-law were reportedly killed in a fire at Igando area, Lagos state.
The wife of the man, who was named as Mr Oseghale, and his three children narrowly escaped death as they were rescued with mild burns.
The fire was said to have started in the Oseghales flat at 57 Authority Avenue. Mrs Oseghale had raised an alarm, alerting her neighbours, who rushed out and tried to put out the fire but to no avail.
Before firefighters could arrive at the scene, Mr Oseghale and his sister-in-law, Ngozi had died.
They rescued the woman and her children, who had various degrees of burns to their bodies, from a window.
