Judge Sends 3 Young Children To Jail Because They Refused To Visit Their Father
According to court documents in Michigan. A judge who unsuccessfully
tried to arrange child visitation for a father, was left with no choice
but send three kids to jail until they agreed with her ruling.

that the three children
of Maya Tsimhoni are in contempt of court for refusing to meet with
their father. The children, aged 9, 10, 15, were locked up in the
Oakland County Children’s Village until they agree to have a
relationship with their father or when they turn 18 years old.
After two weeks in jail, the children remained defiant. The 15-year-old boy told the judge that he will
not have a relationship with his father because he saw him hit his mother.
The children will be kept separated in jail until they agree to visit their father. The children were ordered to receive psychiatric therapy while in jail
