Taylor Swift Apologizes To Nicki Minaj Over Twitter Feud (See)

 

Taylor Swift took to Twitter a few minutes ago to apologize publicly  for misunderstanding Nicki Minaj’s rant about her Video Music Awards nomination.

You know what they say about assuming, right? Taylor Swift, unfortunately, learned the hard way, making the assumption that Nicki Minaj, was calling her out in a rant about MTV’s Video Music Awards nominations. But once she responded to the rapper, a massive Twitter feud erupted, and spiraled far more out of control than Tay likely thought. Now, she’s issued an apology.

I thought I was being called out,” she tweeted on July 23. “I missed the point, I misunderstood, then misspoke. I’m sorry, Nicki.” Awww, we hope Nicki sees this and takes it to heart, because the two famous singers were once friends, and this would definitely be a horrible way for that relationship to be ruined!
