Jaden Smith’s got a new lady in his life and she’s got a shady past.

On Tuesday, Will and Jada Pinkett Smith’s 17-year-old son was spotted locking arms and snuggling with blond beauty Sarah Snyder at the Gypsy Sport show at New York Fashion Week. But despite the cozy moment, Snyder may be facing a bleak future. According to New York’s Bedford County police department, the 19-year-old was arrested on June 15 and charged with one count of grand larceny in the third degree.

Snyder is accused of stealing a $15,995 Hermès purse from the Route 117 Bypass Shopping Center in Katonah, NY, in February. A police source tells Page Six the crime is a class D felony and that Snyder was completely cooperative during the arrest.
The case is ongoing.

Although Snyder is Smith’s latest romantic interest, he was linked to Kylie Jenner in 2014 before she began dating Tyga. He also attended prom with actress Amandla Stenberg earlier this year as well as a second prom with Mecca Kalani.
