Breaking News: Tribunal Nullifies PDP Senator, Marafa’s Election In Taraba
The election petitions tribunal sitting in Jalingo, the state capital
of Taraba, has nullified the election of a Peoples Democratic Party,
PDP, senator, Bashir Marafa, representing Taraba Central Senatorial
district.
In its ruling on Wednesday, the Tribunal ordered that the candidate
of the All progressives Congress, APC, Yusuf A Yusuf should be given the
Certificate of Return as the lawful winner of the election.
