Rip Alert: Fela’s Dancer, Dodo Mayana, Killed In Lagos State

A dancer with Fela Kuti’s band and a popular face at the Afrika Shrine, Dodo Mayana, is dead after a hit and run incident in Lagos.

Dodo Mayana, who also danced for Femi Kuti, sold the popular skuchies drink at the Shrine.

According to Femi Kuti, she was said to have been hit by a car, but it looked like a robbery.

Heard Dodo who sells outside the Shrine was killed by a hit and run car on her way home by grammar Sch opposite omole estate. I’m so SAD.
