 No be small  thing atall.... this naija people wont kill person with laugh.... When fuel is now #145 and yet NEPA is still disconnecting light!! You just gotta send them away mehn!!
This group of women were spotted tying what seems like voodoo, ‘Jazz’, as it’s fondly called, to a NEPA pole and it’s only
speculated that they carried out the act so as to scare away the PHCN officials.
