 From the days of been used as an object of trade and domestic slaves. They could not attend college and even when they did,they could not graduate. To been restricted to some profession.
Women have proved men wrong and are continuing to do so. Their potential and ability which have been proven in all field of human endeavor is no more a debate.

In a structured patriarchal society it is obvious that women are now the preferred choices in leadership if the men would admit. Is it not obvious that the men have failed us?

In the 21 century Men relationship with women have shifted from domination to partnership,and we should realize that.

And Has we mark the International women day. we need to strengthen our institutions that empower women,remove restriction to their involvement in politics,uphold the 35 percent affirmative action and improve access to education to the girl child.
