Celebrities Have Turned Social Media To Church In Settling Family Issues - Basketmouth

Popular stand-up comedian, born Bright Okpocha, better known as Basketmouth, has shared his opinion on the negative influence of the social media on celebrities especially on marriages.
He said celebrities have turned the social media into a church to settle family issues, adding that they now use social media to wash and dry their dirty linens. Speaking with Hip Tv, the father of two said, “I am okay with people who go on social media to rant but I am against those who have turned it into a church to settle family issues. “It is wise for you not to bring out your personal issues on social media and that’s what I stand for. “Normally, if you have a marital problem, you call your wife one on one. If you cannot contain it, you call in the parents. That’s how I saw it when I was growing up which is the culture I have embraced.” He cited an example with the marriage feud between popular singer, Tiwa Savage and her estranged husband, Teebillz which broke the internet recently.
