Video: Kenyan Family Beats Up Corpse of Man Who Committed Suicide

In the weirdest turn of events, the residents of Shikoye Village in Shikere, Kakamega county in Kenya, gathered together to beat up the corpse of a resident, Nimrod Alusiola, who reportedly committed suicide.

According to Poyesa, Alusiola’s body was found dangling from the roof of his house. He was only 36.
While the act of beating the corpse seems shocking to outsiders, newsmen gathered that it is the tradition of the community to vent anger on the bodies of relatives who take their own lives.
