Brave 87-Year-Old Woman Makes History After Standing On A Flying Plane (Photos)

Betty Bromage, an 87-year-old retired nurse, has become the oldest female wing walker in Britain after she completed a breathtaking challenge this month. Fearless Betty was strapped to the wings of a 1944 Boeing-Stearman biplane and managed to stand as the

plane flew 150 meters above the ground at 145 kilometers per hour.

She raised more than 1,100 British pounds from the event and will donate all the money to Midlands Air Ambulance Charity.
