Oh No! 30-year-old Man Commits Suicide in Delta Community

A man who has obviously gotten tired of certain vicissitudes of life, has decided to seek a way out of his misery.

Daniel Ugeli, a thirty-year-old man, has killed himself.

 

The man committed suicide at his residence in Effurun, Uvwie Local Government Area, Delta State.

 

According to Daily Post, the remains of the deceased has been deposited at the Central Hospital Warri morgue for autopsy.

 

It was learnt that the deceased, a furniture maker who resides at No116 Okoribi road off PTI Road in Effurun, gave up the ghost with his tongue out of his mouth after he was believed to have locked himself in his one room apartment and tied his neck with a rope while hanging same to a ceiling fan.

 

A family source, who craved anonymity, stated that the deceased was a psychiatric patient at Uselu, Edo State.

 

The Ebrumede Divisional Police Headquarters led by CSP Dike Albert Uchechi said, “No foul play” was suspected in the death of the deceased but pictures were taken before the corpse was moved to the morgue in the presence of his mother, Mrs. Victoria Eghele, a petty trader at Effurun market.
