Police Arrest Kidnapper Pretending To Be Mad In Delta

The Delta State police command have arrested a yet to be identified man, who was pretending to be mentally unstable so he can kidnap children.
The arrested man tried kidnapping two children and almost killed one of them before he was apprehended.
