Crippled Man Who Robs Victim With Broken Bottles At Night Has Been Arrested In Lagos.

A crippled man, who has become a terror to motorists in Lagos was apprehended by the Rapid Response Squad, after he stabbed two passengers in a robbery attempt.
Two police teams were deployed to arrest him last night. This was revealed on the rapid response official twitter handle
