This man was mistaken for Kidnapper Evans by the Police… They even published his pictures in Newspapers.

Before the arrest of Notorious Billionaire Kingpin, Evan, the Nigerian Police published pictures of a man based in Angola after they mistook him as Evans. They even published his pictures in Newspapers.
The man who has since been identified as Tochukwu Ambrose
Onwuamadike is from Akaboukwu Uruagu Nnewi. He is a Nigerian businessman based in Angola.
Apparently, he bears the same surname as the real Evans.. Evans full names are Chukwumeme Onwuamadike.
According to multiple reports, the guy has been excited over the arrest of the real Evans since the news of the arrest broke.
The kidnap kingpin Evans hails from Akamili, Umudim Quarters in Nnewi, Anambra State.
