See How Teacher Brutalized Student Over Bushy Hair (Photos)

A second year student of Cape Coast Technical Institute, Ghana, has been severely flogged by his teacher for leaving his hair bushy.
According to reports, the incident took place on Tuesday 20th February, 2018, and left the student with bruises all over his back, arms and face.
