Massive Inferno At Makoko Settlement Yesternite (Photo)

                    The Makoko settlement beside the Yaba area of  3rd Mainland Bridge in Lagos is currently being ravaged by a massive inferno.

                      The fire which has been raging since 10pm yesternite or even earlier is yet to be put out, and car owners on the bridge say the inferno is so intense that the heat can be felt from the 3rd Mainland bridge.

                     As at press time it is unknown if emergency services have arrived the scene but the fire continues to rage on.

                     Residents are said to be crying and wailing by the bridge as the fire is said to have spread very rapidly.
