Popular American Pastor, Creflo Dollar is in the news for asking members for a brand new Gulfstream 650 Jet worth $65 million.
Founder of World Changers Church International, Atlanta wants 200,000 people to donate at least $300 each so that his ministry can purchase a Gulfstream 650 private jet that costs about $65 million. The mega-church leader is calling it Project G650.
In a five-minute video clip, The Atlanta-based Pastor has said that his current private jet (which the ministry has owned since 1999)
has been in service since 1984. To buttress he point, he added that the aircraft is now permanently out of commission due to two scary recent incidents involving a failed engine over the Pacific Ocean en route to Australia and a mechanical failure that required an emergency exit on a London runway.
But the report has been grabbing the headlines across the web especially among critics who has labeled the move as extortion. Some critics are now asking; ‘Why can’t Creflo Dollar fly on a commercial airline?’

Known for his pinstriped suits and charismatic sermons, Dollar was among a group of high-profile ministers whom Iowa Sen. Charles Grassley urged in 2007 to answer questions about their spending, board oversight and involvement in for-profit businesses.
