                 It is no longer news that Rtd. Gen. Mohammad Buhari of the All Progressives Congress won the presidential elections.
                  However, APC chieftain and former Lagos governor, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who is obviously over the moon because of the outcome of the election was spotted bowing down to congratulate the president elect.
