Chris Brown Finally Allowed to Leave Philippines (See Photo)
Chris Brown was banned from leaving Philippines on Wednesday, July 22, 2015, for not paying up the concert fee he owed.
Yesterday, the singer released a video begging Barack Obama to help him leave the country as soon as possible.
Brown has been released by the Philippines government. Breezy confirmed the news by sharing a video from the airport.
