ISIS Mentions Nigeria While Claiming Responsibility For Paris Attacks

While claiming responsibility of the dastardly attacks in
Paris, militants loyal to the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS),
stirred raised eyebrows after they mentioned Nigeria in their statement.
No fewer than 129 were reported dead with at least 352 inju
red in the
shootings and explosions that happened late on Friday, November 13,
2015.
Although the militants didn’t state any specific reason why they
mentioned Nigeria in the statement which was posted online by their
loyalists supporters on Saturday, November 14, 2015.
According to the statement, the militants numbering about eight, clad
with explosive belts and armed with machine guns attacked precisely
selected areas in the French capital.
A Tweet of the statement by TRACterrorisim.org, posted on ISIS’ blog,
reads: “O people crusaders: when you deploy forces in order to control
the city Saladin and dreaming of Mosul, Sinjar, Haul, Tikrit or Huwaijah
or dreaming Mayadin or Jarablus or Karmah or Tel Abyad or Al Qaim or
Darnah or dream to reclaim the wilderness in the interior Nigeria or
master ‘Asy’asy Sinai desert sand, then surel, WE just want ROME and
PARIS Insyallah before before ANDALUSIA (UKK).”
A spokeswoman for Belgian Justice Ministry on Sunday, November 15,
2015 disclosed that investigations have commenced and some persons have
been arrested in Belgium.
Three people were reportedly arrested in Molenbeek district of Brussels in connection with the attacks.
Meanwhile, French President President Francois Hollande, who
condemned the attacks strongly had on Saturday, November 14, 2015 said:
“We will lead the fight, and we will be ruthless.”
