According to a Biafran activist who posted the photo on facebook:

“This is the picture of a Biafran wounded by the police and army on our peaceful protest here in Aba, this poor guy left his house this morning healthy only to be attacked by the police during our rally,we are not wit guns

neither did they find any weapons on us yet they were throwing teargas at us..“Buhari how many Biafrans are u goin to kill,u will kill us tire because we will never relent in this atruggle untill Biafra comes,,,,u will never live to tell this story am telling u buhari……All Hail Biafra
