Couple Cause Chaos As They Fly Helicopter For Wedding (Photos)

On Saturday July 24, a newlywed couple boarded a helicopter on Nanyuan Road in Shanghai, China. The helicopter blocked the road and caused traffic congestion lasting for over an hour. According to Ms. Zhao, the organizer of the flight, the bride and groom hired the helicopter in order to express that their fate had fallen from the sky.

However, many Chinese citizens questioned the fairness of their decision.

The authorities had agreed to the flight and granted permits, an official working for the wedding planning company told Shanghai TV. The couple, who were not named, were seen smiling as they boarded the helicopter to fly them away.
