Ekiti State Government Reacts To Family's Plan To Bury Moji Olaiya In Canada

Following the announcement of Nollywood actress, Moji Olaiya's death, there have been several controversies regarding her burial as the family wanted her buried according to Muslim rites but her daughter, Adun declined demanding her mother’s
body be returned to Nigeria.

It has been revealed that the burial of the 42 which was earlier slated for yesterday has since been cancelled as the Ekiti state government in a last minute intervention demanded the body to be ferried to Nigeria.

The remains of the mother of two will be ferried to Nigeria as inside sources have revealed that the Ekiti state government has volunteered to bankroll the shipment of the corpse to Nigeria.
