Lady Brutally Attacked By Another Woman Who Accused Her Of Kissing Her Boyfriend.

An aspiring model was left scarred for life after she was glassed by another woman who accused her of kissing her boyfriend on a night out. Marta Bugalska, 24, was left with a three-inch cut to her head after Ashley Katsande, 23, hit her with a pint glass and has slammed the judge’s decision to let her attacker go free.

While Miss Bugalska was being treated by doctors Katsande sent a Facebook messaged the victim’s then boyfriend saying: “Just to let you know, your slut of a girlfriend was kissing my slut of a boyfriend tonight!!!!”

Miss Bugalska, who works for a currency exchange in Central London, had her wounds stapled shut during six hours of hospital treatment.

She also suffered injuries to her eye socket, cheek and lip.

Receptionist Katsande, from Edinburgh, Scotland who admitted assault, had two previous convictions for violence and claimed she had “taken umbrage” at the victim.

But at the city’s Sheriff court she was placed under 12 months supervision and was ordered to pay Miss Bugalska £800 in compensation.

The assault occurred on September 16 last year after Miss Bugalska had been for a job interview and went out with her best friend at Edinburgh’s Opal Lounge nightclub.

In court Katsande said she had believed her boyfriend had been kissing with the victim and had ‘taken umbrage’.

She claimed she had “instantly regretted” the attack.

Sheriff Frank Crowe told her: “You have a good job and you have supportive friends. I am prepared to give you an opportunity.”
