Real Madrid Star Cristiano Ronaldo Sells Ballon d’Or For €600,000 At Charity Auction
Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo has auctioned one of his four
Ballon d’Ors for a whopping €600,000 at a charity auction. The
incredible gesture was made by the Portugal captain with every penny
raised from the single replica going to the Make-A-Wish charity.

The organisation attempts to grant one wish to young children fighting life-threatening conditions.
Ronaldo first won the award with Manchester United in 2008, and then a
further three times with Los Blancos in 2013, 2014 and 2016.
The 32-year-old specifically asked for the replica of his 2013 award to be auctioned.
Jose Mourinho and Pep Guardiola also took part in the event, spending
€30,000 to watch a boxing match in Manchester and have a meet and greet
with the two coaches
