Meek Mill Charged With Assault Following Airport Altercation
According to TMZ, the incident occurred
after an airport employee tried to get a photo with the Philly rapper. He reportedly “wasn’t having it” and a fight ensued.
Airport police were called and Meek was charged with misdemeanor assault, along with two other airport employees. Instead of being arrested, they were given a summons to appear in court.
The charge could create a problem for Meek, who is currently on probation for a weapons and drug conviction.
Meek, who is readying his next project DC4.5 , has yet to comment.
