Hoodlums Arrested After Being Caught With Stolen Vehicle. See The Condition The Car Was Found In

Three suspects were apprehended by security operatives for being in possession of a stolen vehicle. According to reports, the stolen vehicle was traced to the suspects after its tracker was activated..The vehicle was almost totally stripped by the hoodlums before the arrival of the security operatives. Below are pictures of how the car was recovered.
