New Born Baby Abandoned Beside A River In Ibadan, Oyo State. Photos

A baby boy has been reportedly abandoned at Oredehin Street, behind APC Secretariat at Oke Ado, Ogunpa area, Ibadan. According to an eye witness account, the corpse of the baby is still laying n@ked beside the Ogunpa River. Relevant authorities are urged to quickly intervene.
